1 Before You Submit
A manuscript submitted to JIARI must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration at any other journal.
- Confirm the topic fits the journal’s multidisciplinary scope
- Agree the author list and name order with every contributor
- Obtain ethical approval and participant consent where required
- Secure permission for any third-party figures, tables or instruments
- Read the APC page so post-acceptance charges are known in advance
2 Manuscript Structure

| Methodology | Design, sample, data, instruments, analysis (enough to replicate) |
| Results | Findings clearly; tables/figures numbered and cited in text |
| Discussion | Meaning of results, relation to prior work, limitations |
| Conclusion | What was established; no new results |
| References | Complete and consistent; every in-text citation listed |
3 Formatting Requirements
- English language; MS Word (.doc / .docx) preferred
- Consistent citation style throughout
- Number pages, sections, figures, tables and equations
- Define abbreviations at first use
- Remove tracked changes and comments before upload
4 Authorship (including multiple authors)
Authorship belongs to those who made a substantial contribution and who approve the submitted version.
- First / corresponding author: enter as main author on the submission form
- Co-authors: add each co-author (name, email, institution) using Add Co-Author on the form, or list them clearly in the manuscript and email
- Settle author list and order before submission
- Gift or ghost authorship is misconduct
If the online form fields are limited, put full co-author details in the manuscript title page and mention them in the submission notes / email to article@joiari.in.
5 How to Submit

- Submit via online form or email article@joiari.in
- Enter all author details as they should appear in the published article
- Keep any paper ID or acknowledgment for later correspondence

7 Final Checklist

- Tracked changes removed; final file opens correctly
