1 Peer Review Policy
JIARI uses double-blind peer review. Manuscripts are screened editorially for scope, completeness and basic quality, then evaluated by reviewers before a decision is made (accept, minor/major revision, or reject).
Review timelines depend on reviewer availability and the extent of revisions. Authors are notified by email.
2 Open Access Policy
Accepted articles are published open access on the JIARI website for free reading and download, subject to the journal’s copyright and licensing terms (typically CC BY 4.0).
3 Article Processing Charges (APC)
For Indian Authors: ₹1,800/Paper | For Foreign Authors: $ 27/Paper
There is no submission fee. APC is payable only after acceptance. See the APC page for payment and waiver information.
4 Copyright & Licensing
Authors retain copyright in their published work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license unless otherwise stated. This license permits sharing and adaptation with appropriate attribution.
The CC BY 4.0 license statement and link will appear on every article landing page and PDF. Details are confirmed at acceptance with the copyright / licensing form.
5 Digital Archiving & Preservation
Published issues and articles are retained permanently on the journal website (Current Issue and Archive pages).
- Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript or the final published version in institutional or subject repositories in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license.
- The journal maintains regular backups of published content.
- Additional long-term preservation services (e.g., LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, Portico, or Internet Archive) will be arranged as the journal develops; claims of membership will be made only after formal registration.
The scholarly record is preserved; articles are not silently deleted.

Names and email addresses entered on this site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
